Office Administrator
We are looking for an office administrator to keep our business moving. This crucial position will suit a highly organised person who can multi-task and deal with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
This is a fast-paced role and we ideally need someone to hit the ground running.
Drainage experience or a basic understanding of the drainage industry is preferred, although on-the-job training will be given, with brilliant support from our highly experienced team.
The day-to-day function will include assisting the operations team with technical queries, ensuring quoted works are completed, job scheduling and parts and equipment are ordered in a timely manner for jobs. A good phone manner and a basic understanding of Word, Excel and Google drive is essential in this role.
A valid driving license is required.
Additional pay to manage the Out of Hours call out rota (shared with colleagues)
Hours are typically 8.30-5pm
